In an asphalt stretch in a public park, I put a 36 m sign into the path. First outlined, marked, cut, cut joints, then a negative cut with a jackhammer. The deepening finally filled with fine bituminous rolled asphalt and brought back to the same level. Asphalt is a ground-based material that is both hard and liquid, it is used only for surface sealing and has established everywhere in this function. The artistic intervention in the intact system of paths, the breaking up of this surface was carried out in cooperation with the road construction workers.
